工作職責(zé):
1. Implement Adisseo China business strategies in monogastric segment,
貫徹執(zhí)行安迪蘇中國(guó)在單胃市場(chǎng)的業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略
2. Achieve KPI in line with Regional business budget
根據(jù)區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)預(yù)算,確保業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。
3. Manage the collection of receivable from regional customers
管理區(qū)域客戶的回款工作
4. Dealing customers complaints with cross function department
協(xié)調(diào)其他部門及時(shí)地處理客戶投訴;
5. Make up annual work plan, including new products popularization and current products sales
完善年度業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃,包括但不限于新產(chǎn)品的推廣和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的銷售活動(dòng);
6. Timely monthly report and project updated
提交月度銷售報(bào)告,項(xiàng)目的更新和預(yù)測(cè);
7. Collect customer and competitor intelligence and update marketing team
收集客戶和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情報(bào),并分享給市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)
8. Optimize the customers structure based on Adisseo market strategy
根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)化客戶結(jié)構(gòu);
9. Provide supports to other function department, including system, financial and supply chain relative work.
給其他職能部門提供必要的協(xié)調(diào),包括但不限于設(shè)備方面、財(cái)務(wù)方面給以及供應(yīng)量方面相關(guān)工作。
10. Work closely with key account team to manage the key account business at regional level
與大客戶團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,管理區(qū)域?qū)用娴拇罂蛻魳I(yè)務(wù)
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上級(jí)主管安排的相關(guān)工作事項(xiàng)。
12. Ensure that my work activities comply with the company\'s labor discipline /HSE regulations.

任職要求:
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Business or related, MBA degree as a plus.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、化學(xué)、生物學(xué)、商科或相關(guān)專業(yè),MBA學(xué)位優(yōu)先。
2. 3+ years’ working experience in sales, marketing or business development.
3年以上銷售、市場(chǎng)或業(yè)務(wù)拓展工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Strong sales skills and channel management skills to lead KPI achievement.
強(qiáng)大銷售和渠道管理能力,保障銷售KPI的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
4. Capacity to interact with senior management in local management teams.
能夠與本地管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的高級(jí)管理人員互動(dòng)
5. Good market intelligence and good customers analysis ability.
良好的市場(chǎng)智慧以及良好的客戶分析能力
6. Be familiar with the application of popular IT tools in business, e.g. Excel, PPT etc.
熟悉常用IT工具在企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,如Excel、PPT等。
7. Good communication intelligence.
