1. 崗位職責(zé):

1.Participate in the research and operation management of poultry respiratory calorimetry experiments and equipment, and carry out animal experiments on additives in combination with the company\'s R&D needs
參與家禽呼吸測熱試驗(yàn)研究與設(shè)備運(yùn)行管理，結(jié)合公司研發(fā)需求開展添加劑動物試驗(yàn)工作。
2.Be responsible for the feed preparation of animals in the on-site laboratory, animal breeding, collection of experimental samples and data collection, etc.
負(fù)責(zé)駐點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室動物的飼料制備、動物飼養(yǎng)、實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品采集和數(shù)據(jù)收集等工作。
3.Be responsible for monitoring the conditions of experimental animals and experimental instruments, and promptly discover and report any situations.
負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控實(shí)驗(yàn)動物和實(shí)驗(yàn)儀器的狀況，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并報(bào)告情況。
4.Communicate the process and results of animal experiments with the supervisor and/or R&D analysts, and track, organize and analyze the data.
與主管和/或研發(fā)分析員溝通動物試驗(yàn)過程與結(jié)果，并跟蹤整理分析數(shù)據(jù)。
5.Validate, write, synthesis and give the results of the studies/tests carried out to its supervisor and by filling in the documents for ensuring traceability.
檢查、記錄、匯總研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果并交給主管，錄入文檔，確?？勺匪菪?。
6.Regularly presenting the results, writing reports on the studies/tests carried out, and the procedures applied and the results obtained.
定期匯報(bào)展示試驗(yàn)成果，書寫研究/實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)流程和取得的結(jié)果。
7.Assist in continuous improvement in laboratory, propose new method and suggestions, and to participate actively to weekly/monthly meeting: explain the job done, the job to be done, the potential optimization, HSE concern, training and SOP concern, purchase need.
幫助持續(xù)改進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，提出新的方法和建議，積極參加每周/月例會：介紹已完成和需要完成的工作，討論優(yōu)化空間、HSE和SOP事項(xiàng)、培訓(xùn)和采購需求等。
8.To coordinate with the R&D team in all the laboratory aspect: HSE, purchase, maintenance, work coordination.
和研發(fā)部成員協(xié)調(diào)實(shí)驗(yàn)室HSE、采購、維護(hù)和工作等事項(xiàng)。
9.Other work assigned by department manager.
其他由部門負(fù)責(zé)人安排的相關(guān)工作事項(xiàng)。

1.Bachelor or above.
學(xué)士學(xué)位或更高。
2.Animal science or animal medic.
動物科學(xué)或動物醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)。
3.Work experience in poultry farm or feed mill.
有養(yǎng)禽場或飼料企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
4.Be capable of conducting animal experiments and managing their feeding under routine guidance.
可在常規(guī)指導(dǎo)下具備動物實(shí)驗(yàn)操作與飼養(yǎng)管理過程。
5.Propose and actualize suggestion based on lab experience or basic science.
可基于實(shí)驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)或基本科研思維獨(dú)立提出并實(shí)施改進(jìn)優(yōu)化建議。
6.Report with good logic and data presence with result analysis.
可進(jìn)行較好邏輯性的數(shù)據(jù)分析、報(bào)告以及展示。
7.Optimizing, analyzed and expandable lab skills is the key competence.
實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)的持續(xù)優(yōu)化、結(jié)果分析以及能力擴(kuò)展性是核心能力要求。
