1.Provide professional feed processing technical supports to SPE department, assist marketing teams in solving pain points and difficulties in the applications of Adisseo’s products and solutions in feed factories.
為特種品提供專業(yè)的飼料添加劑加工技術(shù)支持，協(xié)助市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決公司產(chǎn)品及方案在飼料廠應(yīng)用中的痛點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)。
2.Organize scientific research experiments in the field of feed additives processing technology, support the testing, development, and upgrading of feed additive products or solutions.
組織飼料添加劑加工工藝方向的科研試驗(yàn)，支持飼料添加劑產(chǎn)品或方案的測(cè)試、開發(fā)和升級(jí)。
3.Identify the latest research and application trends in the field of feed additives processing technology to conduct relevant research and serve the application of company products in feeds.
識(shí)別飼料添加劑工藝領(lǐng)域的最新研究和應(yīng)用趨勢(shì)，以開展相關(guān)研究并服務(wù)公司產(chǎn)品在飼料端的應(yīng)用。
4.Write research reports, patents, technical articles, etc.
撰寫研究報(bào)告、專利、技術(shù)文章等。
5.Fully fulfill HSE responsibilities in daily work.
在日常工作中全面履行健康/安全/環(huán)保職責(zé)。
6.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上級(jí)主管安排的相關(guān)工作事項(xiàng)。

任職資格:

1.Master degree or above, feed engineering and related majors
碩士研究生及以上，飼料工程及其相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.5+ years’ research or technical service experience in the field of feed processing technology
五年以上飼料加工工藝領(lǐng)域的研究或技術(shù)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Master professional knowledge in feed processing technology and related fields
掌握飼料加工工藝及其相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)知識(shí)
4.Experience in feed processing technology and equipment developments is preferred
具有飼料加工工藝及設(shè)備開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
5.Understand the laws and regulations of feed industry and industry market trends
了解飼料行業(yè)的法律法規(guī)及行業(yè)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)
6.Fluent English speaking and writing skills
具有流利的英語口語與寫作能力
7.Able to lead a local or near-to-market innovation/optimization projects

8.Able to take independent tech flows or sub-project in multi-function/nation project under minor guidance by project leader
