1.Evaluate the opportunities of existing Specialty products on pets, design and run trials
評估現(xiàn)有特種品在寵物的機(jī)會，落實(shí)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)及完成動(dòng)物試驗(yàn)
2.New additive development with R&I resources based on market need
依據(jù)市場需求，調(diào)度研發(fā)資源開展新型寵物添加劑開發(fā)與驗(yàn)證
3.Prepare and present research reports & products introduction for both internal and external audiences
完成研究報(bào)告和產(chǎn)品介紹，并向內(nèi)部相關(guān)同事和外部客戶介紹
4.Leading the development of new products by having scientific curiosity and capturing insights from literatures, experts and customers
在閱讀文獻(xiàn)、與專業(yè)人士和客戶的交流過程中，通過科學(xué)的好奇心，捕獲獨(dú)到的見解，并將之用于寵物新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)
5.Participate in strategic planning
參與寵物戰(zhàn)略制定
6.Support on customer visits and meetings
技術(shù)支持客戶拜訪及客戶會議
7.Others assgined by line managers.

1.Master or PhD\\\'s degree on Nutrition, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry
營養(yǎng)學(xué)、化學(xué)、食品科學(xué)、醫(yī)藥、生物化學(xué)碩士或博士學(xué)位
2.Above 5 years of relevant R&D or formulation working on pet food experiences
至少五年寵物食品研發(fā)或配方相關(guān)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Must have a strong science and technology background
具有較強(qiáng)的科學(xué)和技術(shù)背景
4.Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
較好的中英文書寫能力和表達(dá)能力
5.Excellent skills in experiment design and data analysis
出色的試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力
6.Handle multiple projects efficiently
高效處理多項(xiàng)目的能力
