2.Scout and implement new methods and tech routes under minor coaches by scientist or project leader.

3.Conduct and optimize laboratory experiments and record procedures, observations and results timely and accurately. Analyze and interpret experimental data to supervisor.

1.Master or Bachelor with 3+ years working experience with a background of analytical chemistry, animal nutrition, feed sciences or biology a related field.
具有分析化學(xué)、動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)、飼料科學(xué)、生物學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域背景的碩士或者3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的學(xué)士
2.For a bachelor, at least 3+ years experience in operating analytical apparatus or analyzing feed raw materials is needed. For a master, working experience is not strictly requested but with such experience is highly preferred.
對(duì)于學(xué)士，至少應(yīng)具有3年以上的操作分析儀器或飼料原料分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；對(duì)于碩士無硬性工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)需求，但具有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳。
3.Ability to individually operate analytical apparatus including GC, LC or related devices. 具備獨(dú)立操作GC或LC等分析儀器的能力。
4.Ability to individually manipulate basic biotech assays not only including common commercial kits. 具備獨(dú)立操作生物技術(shù)驗(yàn)證方法的能力，不僅限于常見商用試劑盒。
5.Able to design new assays on biotech or feed additives from scratch. 能從頭自主設(shè)計(jì)新的驗(yàn)證方法。
6.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 能在團(tuán)隊(duì)中獨(dú)立工作和協(xié)作。
7.Ability to search and analyze research papers. 具備檢索與分析研究論文的能力。
8.Ability to communicate in basic English, both spoken and written. 基礎(chǔ)的口頭與書面英文溝通能力。
9.Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 具備較強(qiáng)的多線程工作能力。
10.Ability to search and analyze patents. 具備檢索與分析專利的能力。

13.Experience with microfluidics is highly preferred. 具有微流控相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳。
