崗位職責:

1.Implement Adisseo China business strategies in KA segment,
貫徹執(zhí)行安迪蘇中國大客戶的業(yè)務戰(zhàn)略
2.Achieve KPI in line with KA business budget
根據(jù)KA業(yè)務預算，確保業(yè)務目標的達成。
3.Dealing customers complaints with cross function departments
協(xié)調其他部門及時地處理客戶投訴；
4.Make up KA work plan and account plan, including new products popularization and current products sales
完善大客戶業(yè)務計劃，包括但不限于新產(chǎn)品的推廣和現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的銷售活動；
5.Collect customer and competitor intelligence and update marketing team
收集客戶和競爭對手情報，并分享給市場團隊
6.Develop and evaluate potential KA customers
開發(fā)和評估潛在的KA客戶
7.Provide supports to other function department, including system, financial and supply chain relative work.
給其他職能部門提供必要的協(xié)調，包括但不限于設備方面、財務方面給以及供應量方面相關工作。
8.Work closely with area sales team to manage the KA。
與區(qū)域銷售團隊緊密合作，管理區(qū)域層面的大客戶。
9.Manage the collection of receivable from KA
KA客戶的回款工作
10.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. Bachelor degree, major in Animal Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, Business or related.
本科學歷，動物營養(yǎng)學、化學、生物學、商科或相關專業(yè)。
2. 5+ years\' working experience in sales, marketing or business development.
5年以上銷售、市場或業(yè)務拓展工作經(jīng)驗。
3. Strong sales skills and channel management skills to lead KPI achievement.
強大銷售和渠道管理能力，保障銷售KPI的實現(xiàn)。
4. Capacity to interact with senior management in local management teams.
能夠與本地管理團隊的高級管理人員互動。
5. Good market intelligence and good customers analysis ability.
良好的市場智慧以及良好的客戶分析能力。
6. Be familiar with the application of popular IT tools in business, e.g. Excel, PPT etc.
熟悉常用IT工具在企業(yè)中的應用，如Excel、PPT等。
7. Good communication intelligence.
